Lastly, it recognizes that amidst a competitive talent landscape, the retention and motivation of employees are vital for sustaining a steady and seasoned workforce, which is essential for an organization's advancement and prosperity. The key rool of talent development revolves around the psychological principle of motivation—a powerful force that propels individuals toward their objectives.
